Iowa shops sell cannabis oil amid legal ambiguity

Iowa stores openly market cannabidiol products despite state and federal warnings. Police have seized CBD oils and creams in Muscatine and Carroll, while others argue hemp derived oil is not the same as marijuana. State officials say selling unregulated CBD remains illegal though a regulated medical system is planned for 2019.
