Thi Yen two and Hi Son eleven were adopted by J Sgt Marlin Leese age 47 and his wife Lucy 45 after a two year red tape battle. The siblings arrived in San Francisco from Vietnam and will live in Fairfield California near McClellan Air Force Base.
