Elwyn Erickson of Cedar Rapids was fined 46 dollars plus costs by Iowa City Police Judge Ansel Chapman for intoxication on a public highway 14 miles north of Iowa City. Amos W. Miller, 19, of Kalona also received a 46 dollar fine and costs for striking an unattended vehicle near North Liberty.
