Iowa author crafts career from motorsports and military subjects
Kris Martin, Iowa City writer, blends lifelong interests into a publishing path. He built a racing content site and wrote Modern American Snipers after extensive interviews totaling over 100,000 words, with support from SOFREP and St. Martin's Press. He also plans Engines of Extinction, a serialized near future novel, linking his research across fiction and non fiction.
