Updated Affirmative Action Plan OK'd by Cedar Rapids Council

A weekend call about junk truck parts led to the arrest of J Edward Ondler 25 at a Marion garage. Police say he showed a stolen 1985 Ford Ranger valued at 10 876 and was charged with first degree theft. He was jailed and awaiting court today.
