Cornets Lose Harris and Davidson in Player Moves
The Iowa Cornets failed to sign 6-foot-5 center Willodean Harris and lost 6-foot Winsome Davidson who left for the WBL after two paychecks. Harris remains unsigned after a dispersal draft pickup. Davidson, homesick and in Maryland, disappeared before practice. The team, 9-3, plays New York and Chicago Hustle this week and hosts New Orleans Pride Monday.
