Best Bites brings UNI dining recipes to home cooks
The University of Northern Iowa Dining Services edited down campus recipes to create Best Bites a 178 recipe cookbook for four serving sizes. It took about three years to complete with input from staff students and alumni and includes international flavors and favorites like Panther chili and lemon tart. The book costs 12.50 and is sold on campus at Biscotti's 23rd Street Market Piazza and Panther Pantry.
