Manchester Man Suffered Burns Starting Skid Loader Incident
Shawn Foster aged 32 of Manchester was burned when a skid loader backfired in a Manchester garage about 10:30 a.m. Tuesday. He was first taken to Regional Medical Center of Northeast Iowa and Delaware County in Manchester and then transferred to University Hospitals in Iowa City. His father John Foster assisted during the incident and firefighters reported the event.
