Kerry Wood agreed to a 32.5 million dollar three year deal with the Chicago Cubs in Mesa Arizona. The pact includes a mutual option for 2007. Wood, 26, receives a 3 million signing bonus paid 1 million annually plus salaries of 7 million in 2004 8.5 million in 2005 and 11 million in 2006.
