U S Warships Fire Warning On Iranian Plane Near Hormuz

Reagan faces farm debt anger over loan access remarks

Farm state governors criticized Secretary Regan after he appeared to dismiss farmer debt and loan access concerns. Governor Branstad called Regan insensitive as high interest rates bite farmers while the prime rate nears 11 percent and many pay over 15 percent in the market.
