Bus Lines Will Move On Saturday In Cedar Rapids
Saturday night will be moving night for all five over the road bus lines serving Cedar Rapids. They will close at midnight at the present depot on Fourth avenue and Second street SE and reopen at 6 30 a m Sunday in temporary quarters behind the former Borden building at Fifth avenue and Third street SE. The Greyhound operated depot also serves Jefferson Transportation Missouri Transit Iowa Coaches and Continental Trailways. The temporary terminal has been leased for eight months. The new depot will be built at Fifth avenue and Second street SE adjacent to the temporary location. Construction plans will be announced soon.
