Two Elderly Women Injured In Cedar Rapids Bus Collision

Ruth Zika and Ester Bachman, both 80s residents of Cedar Rapids, were seriously hurt when their station wagon collided with a Trinity Lutheran Church School bus at Meadowbrook Drive and 30th Street SE. Police say Ruth Webster, 77, ran a stop sign. she sustained minor injuries and was charged. None of about 30 children on the bus were injured.
