Manchester teen pleads guilty in fatal crash
Kristen Krogmann, 17, of Manchester, has pleaded guilty to vehicular homicide by reckless driving in the death of 18 year old Luke Lewin near Earlville. She received 18 months probation, a suspended license, 200 hours of community service, and restitution of at least 150000 to Lewin's estate.

Drag racing incident ends with charges against Cedar Rapids teen
Leland Duffield, 17, faces two counts of eluding police and multiple traffic charges after a Sunday chase reaching 110 mph. Police pursued from 41st Avenue Dr. SW to C Street SW and Highway 30 with a Linn County Sheriff’s unit joining.
