Corrections staff push policy changes in Iowa district
Employees of the 6th Judicial District Department of Correctional Services urged the board to end extra vacation and sick time accrual for management and to curb profits from vending machine revenue. They criticized a January audit detailing 776000 in misused funds, mostly to the CCIA nonprofit run by a former director, and called for clearer division between CCIA and the board.
