John Cox 81 Dies at What Cheer Home
John Cox 81 longtime chief engineer at Clay Products plant died Tuesday morning at his What Cheer home. He began work at the plant in 1926 and retired in 1942. Survivors include his wife Jennie two sons and four daughters including Leslie now chief engineer at the plant. He was also known for apples he grew after retirement. His body is at Whyle funeral home.
