Fugitive Clara Bradley Arrested in Iowa After 22-Year Run
San Diego area woman Clara Mistina Bradley also known as Judith Ann Black, 57, was arrested in Ankeny Iowa after authorities traced her via an FBI wanted posting. She faces federal charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution and the shooting death of her husband Richard Lewis Bradley in 1980 near Poway California. Her grandchildren were placed in foster care as investigators pursued return to California.
