Non-Highway Gas Coupons Issued in Installments

The Office of Price Administration said gasoline coupons for non highway farming use will be issued in installments rather than six month blocs. Weather drives farm consumption, making six month estimates unreliable, and cases of excessive issuance have occurred. Local boards will release a portion of the six month quota with later adjustments as needed.
