Iowa home prices rise as sales slip in January
The Iowa Association of Realtors reports a 4.5 percent rise in median home price from 119,500 to 124,900 year over year while total sales fall 1.6 percent to 1,868. Four of Iowa's five largest boards show higher sales than January 2014 as listings and pending sales climb, with days on market averaging 89.
