Overalls All Over public art project launches in Cedar Rapids
Black Earth Gallery owner Ann Stamats helps Michael Grant load a fiberglass statue of Grant Wood's American Gothic at NewBo City Market Cedar Rapids as the Overalls All Over public art project begins. Twenty one statues will be completed over the next month, clear coated in April, and installed citywide starting May 1. Grant, an art teacher at Westfield Elementary Robins, is sponsored by Shive Hattery.
