Cypriot Airways DC-8 carrying 16 hostages landed in Djibouti after Saturday hijackers who claimed to be Palestinians killed an Egyptian adviser to President Sadat. The hijackers searched for a landing country as Arab nations refused entry. Djibouti city authorities confirmed the 2:45 a.m. arrival time.
FBI agents arrested Arnold Huskey, 23, and his wife Lee Ann in Jonesboro Ark on kidnapping charges. The Audas couple from Malcolm Iowa were found safe after being forced to let their camper home be used. The son Terry Audas arranged a ransom but weather delayed delivery. The FBI pinned the crime to a February 16 incident at an I-55 rest stop near Memphis.

Charles Havlena, 79, of 1400 Second Ave SE, died after being struck on First Avenue East near 14th Street Saturday night. Police seek a light yellow 1965 or 1966 Ford Mustang and found car fragments with front-end damage at the scene. His wife witnessed the accident as officers continue investigations.
