Cedar Rapids resident Alexander A. Coleman 26 faces one count of homicide by vehicle after a crash on Edgewood Road NW Nov 19 that killed Joyce Harris 74. Police say Coleman's Camaro was speeding more than twice the limit of 85 mph. Harris died Nov 30 after treatment.

Body recovered from Iowa River near Hills Access
The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office reports a woman’s body was found in the Iowa River south of Hills Access campground. Deputies recovered the body at 1:51 p.m. and the identity is pending. The body was sent to the University of Iowa Decedent Care facility for autopsy as the investigation continues.
