Iowa high court affirms surrogacy contract in Cedar Rapids case
The Iowa Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a gestational surrogacy contract is legally enforceable in favor of the intended biological father against a surrogate and her husband. The decision centers on Paul and Chantele Montover of Cedar Rapids and a Muscatine couple TB and DB who acted as surrogate parents for the child Kaitlyn.
