Marion parish fund drives for Oaxaca shelter project
Marion resident Bob Buckley inspired St. Joseph’s to raise about 5000 for a shelter near Oaxaca’s hospital to aid families of patients. The plan includes a concrete slab this spring, potential roof, walls, water, and restrooms, with future painting trips and fundraisers led by parish members and clergy.
