MidAmerican Adds Two Wind Farms to Iowa Renewable Push
MidAmerican Energy completes Beaver Creek in Boone and Greene counties and Prairie in Mahaska County, adding 338 MW from 169 turbines as part of the Wind XI project. The release notes plans to reach up to 95 percent of annual consumption with wind by 2020 and ultimately 100 percent.
