In Arvika Sweden and later in America two friends John Hultgren and Nels Sunden fought frequently but believed their battles strengthened their bond. After fifty bouts they quarreled over a shared bill and a fatal blow left Nels dead. John, 38, is held on manslaughter charges as investigators close the case.
