Real estate in Corridor shows rising home sale prices January
Iowa housing posts gains led by Cedar Rapids and Iowa City markets. Cedar Rapids sold 193 homes, up 5.5 percent. average price 169,737, up 20.4 percent. Iowa City sold 85 homes, down 22.7 percent. average price 179,206, up 8.2 percent. Statewide 1,898 homes sold, up 14.7 percent. Inventory at 5.9 months.
