Man and juveniles charged in cat torture case

A 37 year old Stanwood man and two juveniles were charged after admitting to killing cats with a BB gun and a baseball bat at a Mechanicsville home. Maschmann faces multiple counts, bond is $100000 cash, and the juveniles will be referred to juvenile court. Deputies found four dead cats in a creek and one wounded cat, all belonging to the homeowner.
