Todd Abney 40, former Cedar Rapids resident, was shot in the head at his Alamogordo home on Jan 27. Police found a gun at the scene but have not released details. A $1000 Crime Stoppers reward is offered for information. Detective Sanchez seeks witnesses from the past two months.
