Des Moines Man Identified in Fatal Weekend Shooting
Police named Rene Olguin 28 as the suspect in a fatal weekend shooting that killed Juan Tello 25 outside a east side restaurant. Olguin was held on 102000 bond with charges of assault with a weapon and carrying a weapon. A Dallas County drunken driving warrant exists, with murder charges possible.
