Store Head Penney Is Dead at 95
New York United Press International reports James Cash Penney founder of J. C. Penney stores died at age 95 after a fall on December 26 and a heart attack. Born 1875 near Hamilton Missouri he opened The Golden Rule in Kemmerer Wyoming in 1902. He built a nationwide chain with about 1,700 stores and remained active nearly to his death.

Students at Iowa U Shun ROTC Attack
