Washington lawmaker proposes teen sex ban bill
Washington state Senator Jim West proposed a bill making sex for anyone under 18 a crime with up to 90 days in jail and a 5000 dollar fine unless the teens marry. The measure, aimed at AIDS prevention, drew sharp criticism and is now dead for this session.
