The East Central Iowa Conference Vocal Festival takes the Linn-Mar High School gym at 7 30 p m Monday with seven area high schools College Community Linn-Mar LaSalle Regis Regina Iowa City Benton Community and Beckman Dyersville and the Coe College Concert Choir. Allan D Kellar of Coe College directs the ECIC Festival Chorus and guest conductor Kellar has taught at Coe since 1965.
