Des Moines Iowa senators proposed a constitutional amendment to limit federal taxing power and require part of tax revenues be returned to states. The plan calls for a constitutional convention to ratify the proposal with funds set aside from income and corporate taxes after debt payments, distributed to states for use by their legislatures. VA Unable To Expand Schick Hospital Use
DES MOINES Iowa the general assembly was told the Veterans Administration cannot expand use of Schick hospital in Clinton due to current limits. Order Plea by Feb 17 in Rogers Murder Case
