Sycamore Street road project to serve new Iowa City school
Work to pave Sycamore Street and add a roundabout to prepare for the new Iowa City school opening this fall. Bids for a $3.2 million project will open soon with completion targeted by early November. The district covers about $250,000 of costs and traffic will be rerouted during construction while buses remain accommodated.
