No Court Review Rebuffs Cedar Rapids Officer Appeal

Linn County Iowa district court dismisses Elliott Daniel Elliott’s attempt to overturn the Cedar Rapids police termination ruling. Elliott, who left the force after an internal probe into missing cash, says his appeal could test lie detector use in the commission hearing.
