Lawsuit Hits Iowa Methodist Over Hospital Drug Theft

Lawyers for nine Des Moines patients allege Iowa Methodist Medical Center failed to supervise a pharmacy technician who stole fentanyl and Dilaudid from August to October 2016. They say hundreds more patients may join suits alleging diluted pain meds and related harm, with tests for HIV and hepatitis C urged for affected individuals.
