Prom Fashion Show Supports Local Scholarships
Krista Neumann of Cedar Rapids styles makeup for model Stephannie Parsons of Swisher during the Soroptimist Prom Fashion Show. Neumann’s Cedar Rapids salon did hair and makeup for the second year as the Cedar Rapids Marion Soroptimist International club organized a fundraiser benefiting scholarships and women and children programs.
