Firefighters battled a blaze at a Cedar Rapids duplex located at 1411 Washington Ave SE. Neighbors moved to safety as Dennis Bissell Linda Boggs Jon Vercande Rhonda Vercande and their son Josh watched, narrowly escaping the flames.
