Cedar Rapids Man Charged With Robbery and Assault
Ralph Morales, 37, of 7607 Council St. NE, faces second degree robbery and assault charges after allegedly taking a woman's money and striking a man who came to her aid. He was found driving a car matching the description near Fourth Avenue SE after police traced the scene. In Marion, Lisa Andrews, 42, of 1850 10th St., was charged with third degree theft for allegedly stealing a computer valued over $500 from Linn-Mar High School on Jan. 2 during a classroom reshuffle. she was fired Jan. 17.
