Canadian expels Soviet diplomat in Moscow rows

Ottawa says Col. Harold Gold defense and air attache at the Canadian Embassy in Moscow was ordered to leave the Soviet Union Friday in what it calls a retaliatory move after Canada expelled three Soviet diplomats on January 21. Iowa House OKs 60-Foot Trucks On State Highways

The Iowa House approved a bill allowing 60 foot 80,000 pound trucks on state highways and requiring heavier trucks to pay for road damage.
