Palo nuclear plant blockage labeled quality control screw-up

Largest Johnson County drug raid nets 19 arrests

Iowa City deputies and state agents led a major operation targeting narcotics with 12 warrants for 17 charges and four residence searches. The raid disrupted MDA trafficking at David L. Boy Killed By Bus In Cedar Rapids Accident

A six year old Cedar Rapids boy, Kirk P. Morris, died after being struck by a city bus on the northwest side as he ran from a driveway into Owen Street near Montclair Drive. The bus driver, Dale R. Holliday, 40, reported he could not stop in time.
