Prank Swatting Led Wichita Fatal Shooting Arrest Made
Wichita police say a prank call swatting an address caused a fatal officer shooting. The victim, identified as Andrew Finch, was unarmed and died after officers responded to a hostage scenario. Tyler Barriss was arrested in connection with the case in Los Angeles.
