Pipeline under Mississippi River finishes near Lee County

The Da kota Access pipeline segment beneath the Mississippi River between Iowa and Illinois is finished in Lee County despite protests in Sandusky Iowa. Installation inspector Ryan Drenner says testing is done and only winter checks remain as about 32 miles are completed locally.
