Iowa town ranks fourth in child death rates in car crashes

Recounts in District 82 and District 55 altered vote tallies but did not change winners. GOP Jeff Shipley defeated Phil Miller in District 82 by final 6 120 to 6 083, and GOP Michael Bergan beat Kayla Koether in District 55 by 6 924 to 6 915.
