Admiral defends Pueblo crew amid North Korea captivity
Admiral Thomas Moorer says he will not prejudge whether officers and men of the Pueblo acted properly while held by North Korea. He notes no criticism by high officials will affect the court of inquiry. The San Diego court, led by Vice Adm Bowen, will begin in two weeks after crew leave.
