Perot’s aid mission to Hanoi blocked by North Vietnam

North Vietnam refused to admit H Ross Perot and his two planes carrying Christmas gifts for American POWs. Perot proposed flying dinners and medical supplies to Hanoi to relay to prisoners via Moscow, but Hanoi would not allow planes or provide prisoner details.
