Mount Trashmore advances phase two improvements
Cedar Rapids officials move ahead with a 1.5 million plan for Mount Trashmore enhancements after opening the site with biking and hiking trails and an overlook pavilion. The project includes gate updates, separate access for walkers and riders, a new recreational facility, and trail signage with a Jan. 15 contract target.
