Manchester based F M Bank acquires two branches of Community National Bank in Lino Lakes Minnesota after federal regulators closed the bank. FDIC estimates the resolution cost at 3.7 million while deposits totaling 38.8 million and assets around 31.6 million transfer to F M Bank. The deal includes essentially all assets and loans and is the least costly resolution for the FDIC.
Allegiant Air flight attendants vote to unionize with the Transport Workers Union. About 225 of roughly 400 attendants participated, representing nearly 62 percent in ballots. Dispatchers are also voting on joining TWU through Jan 24. The TWU already represents Southwest Airlines flight attendants.
