Also Iowa City man faces multiple charges after driving a woman to the Johnson County Court house to drop a no contact order. Chris W Kelly Jr 27 of 1100 Arthur St No 1 is accused of threatening to shoot the woman and her family and faces trial January 25 for first degree harassment plus tampering with a witness assault and violating a protective order. He is jailed on 30000 bond.
