Tom Kehoe, about 60, of Welton, died instantly when his northbound car collided with a southbound empty stock truck driven by Seth Tolston of DeWitt, a half mile south of Welton. Deputy Sheriff and coroner teams investigated. no witnesses reported at the scene. Kehoe's widow and one daughter live in Joliet, UL, with two grandchildren. The body of an unidentified man about 40 was found Wednesday hanging by a belt strap from a government river dike on the south side of the Missouri. Authorities found only a billfold with the initials M J L and a belt buckle marked M as identification.
